Before we start, we need to state one thing that this software is for windows only. You can use it on Windows 7, 8, 10, 11, and Windows Server 2008(R2), 2012(R2), 2016(R2),2019, 2022, etc.
Data Files:
What we do first is to download MyRecover from it official website and then install on our computer. Then, we try to scan lost data under two different scenarios and see if it can find as much lost data as possible. Finally, we launch the data recovery program and check if all the lost data are recovered. Here are two PNG image files and two MOV videos.
Data Tests:
We tested on two data loss scenarios including file deletion & disk formatting. The procedure are as follows:
Scenario 1: File Deletion
Delete two PNG image files and two MOV videos above from our computer and then empty the Recycle Bin to increase the data recovery difficulty. Then, launch MyRecover to let it scan the hard disk containing lost data and recover it.
Scenario 2: disk formatting
We format the disk containing two PNG image files and two MOV videos with the Disk Management tool. Then, try to recover them with MyRecover.
Test Results:
MyRecover is really easy to use, even beginners can get started quickly. It only has three options, you can simply find the PC Recovery option. Just move your mouse to the disk you want to scan, clicking Scan, it will start the scanning process automatically.
